Laser cutting is a contact-less and tool-free process. There is no contact and consequently no warping of textiles and fabrics during laser cutting. The laser beam melts the material and the result are clean, perfectly sealed edges. It is guaranteed that there will be no fraying of the end products.

This type of sewing creates a flat seam to the garment and instead of a traditional seam that is raised on the inside, the seam is flat on both sides. Flatlocking is used primarily for performance goods, it has fewer layers to chafe. Our garments also use flatlock stitching, whose strong yet flexible properties create garments with superb comfort and durability.

Unlike traditional sewing methods where garments are joined by needle and thread, ultrasonic welding uses high frequency ultrasonic vibrations to join garments.
